- Lead and oversee the strategic direction of IT infrastructure with a focus on Azure and AWS cloud technologies.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient operations, security, and service delivery management.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to meet the organization's objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a global team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and quality customer service.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT and cloud security.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support IT initiatives.
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience with 10+ years of IT team leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing complex IT projects and teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing IT processes and workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including experience leading global teams.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring and motivating service delivery staff to increase service, staff performance, and end-user satisfaction
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
- Certifications in Azure and AWS are highly desirable.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of cloud computing and IT service management.
