    The Manager, Corporate Sales will lead a segment of YETI's Corporate Sales outbound team focused within our Retail B2B segment.

    This person will lead a team of Account Managers assist in developing sales strategy, tracking sales and activity performance and motivating the team.

    This person will also be critical in recognizing and communicating trends across YETI's Corporate retail customers.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the overall day to day responsibilities, deliverables, and execution of the Corporate Sales team
    • Help develop and track Key Performance Indicators that drive revenue results
    • Coach and drive accountability across YETI Corporate Sales team
    • Prepare and collaborate with other sales leaders on reporting and visibility needs
    • Lead projects as required to achieve business objectives and goals.

    Qualifications and Attributes:

    • Bachelor's Degree required with a graduate degree preferred.
    • At least 3 years of experience managing teams in a customer-centric sales organization, ideally at a consumer products company.
    • Experience working within B2B sales or functions preferred.
    • Experience working within a high growth business to deliver results on time and within budget.
    • Strong management skills and ability to motivate a team.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface well with all levels, including senior leadership.
    • Results driven, proactive, positive attitude, accountable and drives projects and tasks from assignment to completion.
    • Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
    • Ability to escalate risks and problems/solutions to Director of Sales appropriately and transparently.
    • Experience working with Salesforce & PowerPoint is required.
    • Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
    • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools and Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Knowledge of EDI process and Point-Of-Sale retail metrics
    • Knowledge of account/vendor compliance

    HYBRID:
    position requires to candidate to be onsite 2-3 days a week at HQ off Southwest Parkway in Austin, TX
