    Overview:

    The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to spearhead our Celebrations Program, enhancing the Team Member experience by managing birthdays, anniversaries, and recognition initiatives. You will help drive employee engagement by ensuring employees who meet milestones gets recognized and rewarded accordingly. Your strong program planning skills and ability to maintain accurate records will allow you to serve (and surprise) our diverse team while youre developing your cross-functional skills in Human Resources.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain an accurate daily, weekly, monthly spreadsheet of team members birthdays and work anniversaries
    • Schedule daily emails for the employees celebrating a birthday or anniversary on any given day
    • Compile monthly working files to prepare for distribution to the vendor for shipment
    • Generate program marketing on the Hub and Dashboard
    • Generate reports from multiple systems for spreadsheet preparation
    • Analyze reports to remove any term data
    • Ensures on time delivery each month to 10/20/30 year team members
    • Oversees all inventory items and works directly with Sr. Director for re-orders
    • Maintain the ability to work on current program and future program items
    • Collaborate with all members across the organization
    • Point of contact for celebration program
    • Provide high quality customer service
    • Manages files and databases to ensure complete and accurate records before sending to vendor
    • Manage Celebrations email box
    • Assist with Rewards and Recognition projects as needed
    • Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
    • This is a full-time role that requires mostly in-person attendance during normal business hours.
    Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of experience in program planning, relevant Human Resources function
    • Must be extremely organized, efficient yet thorough and strongly detail oriented
    • Must take initiative and excel at time management to successfully accomplish and prioritize a high volume of overlapping tasks at any given time without constant supervision
    • High proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Excel, to include V-Look up and Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
    • Must have exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
