With around 900 employees at locations in Europe, Asia, and North America, we develop, produce, and distribute systems for data communication, building and process automation, and electrical connectors.
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a:
Employer Branding HR Specialist
Full-time or part-time (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
Defining the METZ CONNECT employer brand with corresponding messages in collaboration with various stakeholders
Developing and implementing personnel marketing and employer branding campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department
Creating and editing internal and external communication content
Planning, executing, and following up on career events and participating in trade fairs
Defining and further developing employer branding activities within the company
Optimizing the career page (target group-specific content, user experience, search engine optimization, etc.)
Additional tasks within the HR department for full-time positions
Your profile
Completed degree in business administration, marketing, communication & journalism, business psychology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience in personnel marketing and employer branding
