North Fairfield, OH - The Sommerberg, a subsidiary of AWO am Mittelrhein, is a facility for children, adolescents, families, and individuals with diverse needs.

We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) hours/week) for our office in Rösrath, starting on
February 16, 2023 or later.


Job Description:

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will independently handle personnel matters and assist with payroll processing. You are interested in making personnel processes more attractive and enjoy providing internal services. You are proficient in general correspondence and email communication. Your responsibilities will also include general administrative tasks in the HR department.

You are accustomed to coordinating your working hours flexibly and according to the needs of the team within a 5-day work week.


Requirements:


  • A commercial education with at least two years of professional experience in HR
  • Experience with time management systems
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and labor, tax, and social security laws
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team
