You will work in a high-performing team with the goal of achieving the best for our customers.

An interesting task awaits you as an internal and external contact person for the topic of vehicle damage assessment and processing.


In short:


  • Support for customers involved in accidents through telephone and written damage assessment and processing
  • Coordination of accident repairs with partner companies and commissioning of service providers for a quick restoration of our customers' mobility
  • Review and processing of incoming damage documents
  • Correspondence related to damages with business partners, service providers, and insurers
  • Assessment of vehicle damages and insurance evaluation of the accident damage

  • Ideally, professional experience in the automotive or insurance industry
