We are currently looking for you as a service employee for passenger management at the train station in full or part-time (m/f/d) for an assignment at DB's location in Horb (Neckar).


Your tasks:


  • As a service employee for passenger management at the train station in full or parttime (m/f/d), you represent Deutsche Bahn at the station and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You are responsible for managing passenger flows within the station, as well as to/from the bus (bus stop).
  • You support passengers in loading bicycles, strollers, and luggage.
  • You are also responsible for distributing passengers to doors and multipurpose areas.
  • If necessary, you provide assistance for boarding and disembarking.
  • You also assist passengers with reduced mobility on the platform.
  • In addition, you are responsible for providing information and assistance to passengers and bicycle customers at the station/platform.

Your profile:


  • We can expect good German language skills from you. Knowledge of English is desirable.
