    Blockchain Labs is seeking a visionary and passionate UX/UI Designer to spearhead the user experience across all our innovative products. In this role, you will oversee the design process, from crafting the user journey to building a high-performing design. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our user interfaces and crafting intuitive experiences that empower users to navigate the exciting products we create. You will be reporting directly to the CPO and CTO.

    The ideal candidate will be an 'outside-the-box' thinker with a highly creative approach to product development, as our product is pioneering in the field and unlike anything anyone has seen before.

    Communication is key

    This role demands not only design expertise but also the ability to articulate your vision and collaborate effectively. You'll be a key voice representing Blockchain Labs, presenting design solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Work samples tell the story

    To showcase your design prowess, we require applicants to submit a portfolio of work samples with their application. These samples should demonstrate your ability to design user-centric interfaces for complex applications.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
    • Extensive experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
    • Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices.
    • A strong grasp of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
    • Experience with design prototyping and user testing tools (Figma, InVision, etc.).
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
    • A passion for AI and blockchain technology and its potential to revolutionize the future.
    • Experience with mobile apps, OS, and AI fields preferred

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the UX/UI design, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
    • Develop and implement our products' overall design vision and user experience strategy.
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
    • Oversee the design process from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.
    • Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve user experiences continuously.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI design trends.

    Compensation

    We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $110,000-$180,000, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation policy, and more..
