    We provide full-service engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services to industrial process manufacturers that operate in pulp & paper, chemical, CPG, F&B, power and heavy industrial market markets across the nation.

    What You'll Be Doing

    The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst will report to the CFO and will support operations and accounting.

    You will be responsible for the following:
    Own the annual budgeting process – requires working across all departments to gather the appropriate information and being responsible for pulling all information together into the annual budget
    Developing/maintaining on a monthly basis the rolling annual and look-ahead forecast to include cash forecasting
    Helping develop/maintain a metrics and analysis dashboard
    Report on variances to budget/forecast
    Provide opinions/ recommendations to help improve profits/margins based upon knowledge of the business and assessment of the data
    Develop maintain effective relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
    Own the ERP Security framework/setup

    Be one of the SMEs in the ERP setup/transactional flow and work across all business departments to provide insight where the ERP could be a helpful tool to improve business processes.

    You will not function alone, this will be in conjunction with others who also have in-depth ERP knowledge

    The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, collaboration and courage to challenge the status quo, which are cornerstones of the Jedson Edge.

    BS in Finance or Accounting or BS in computer science with commensurate business experience working as a Business Analyst
    3+ years of FP&A Experience
    MS Office Products with advanced Excel knowledge
    Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau or other dashboarding software a plus
    Knowledge of MS SQL, or Oracle SQL and writing queries and Stored Procedures a plus
