We are looking for a

Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
Prepare reports/dashboards that highlight the key drivers of operational results and budget/forecast of the Company's businesses
Identify the key areas of risks and opportunities, and assist management in developing action plans and recommendations for improvements
Collaborate on the annual strategy and budget process and monthly forecasts working with all functional areas across the business
Assist in the development, tracking, and reporting of operational and financial metrics and KPI's
Support Senior Management and Departments with in-depth analysis, including financial models, ROI analyses, and proformas
Improve upon current reporting and processes to drive efficiencies
Provide support for company finance-related project

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Ability to Influence business decisions with concrete financial support through effective and professional communication in written, verbal and oral form incl.

presentation skills
Ability to work independently in solving business issues and taking initiative
Detail-orientated self-starter eager to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
