As a Cañada de los Alamos 'Du', you will be responsible for the technical handling of complaints, including error recording in the CAQ system.

You will define measures based on root cause analysis and transfer complaints from CAQ to SAP. Additionally, you will be in charge of the technical and content review of 8D reports and moderate rejection meetings.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in mechanical engineering, precision and microtechnology, or engine technology.

You should also be a certified QM auditor and have knowledge of ISO TS 16949 / ISO 9001/2008 standards and AQAP methods.

Fluency in German and English is also required.
