Responsibilities:


  • Daily doing what you love property management of residential and commercial properties
  • Independent reporting to owners
  • Preparation of operating and utility cost statements
  • Leasing of rental spaces, including inspections and handovers
  • Preparation and implementation of construction and renovation measures
  • Point of contact for tenants and owners
  • Lease management
  • Correspondence with tenants, owners, and authorities
  • Invoice verification
  • Conducting rent increases
  • Commercial property management
  • Preparation and negotiation of supply, maintenance, and service contracts
  • Schedule management for the management board
  • General administrative tasks
