    About this job

    We are seeking a forward-thinking Design Director who is passionate about solving complex problems in a highly consumer-centric way. An individual who can lead teams in the creation of world-class digital experiences, based on an understanding of our customers' business goals and their customers' needs. Contributing throughout the lifespan of an engagement, from initial strategy, throughout the entirety of the design process, and working directly with technology teams to bring those experiences to life. This Design Director will leverage the power of data, personalization, and innovative technology to drive our clients' brands through future-state creativity. They will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to oversee the execution of global digital experiences, enterprise design systems, and immersive design solutions.

    What you'll do
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop customer-centric creative strategies that drive business outcomes.
    • Facilitate ideation and collaboration to generate compelling, intelligent creative solutions, rooted in consumer data, user experience best practices and trends, and digital innovations.
    • Translate conceptual ideas into tangible digital assets, including design systems, websites, apps, and immersive experiences.
    • Manage creative teams and projects to ensure consistent product quality.
    • Assist with scoping, resourcing, mapping, and managing timelines and budgets.
    • Present creative work with passion and articulate digital expertise.
    • Provide creative leadership and strategic contributions for new business pitches.
    • Contribute to the definition and execution of practice-wide processes, methodologies, and design standards.
    • Integrate innovative digital best practices across all creative work.
    • Inspire, evangelize, and grow the creative team/practice.
    • Contribute to the continuous upskilling and training of teams on industry evolutions.
    Who you are
    • Extensive expertise and experience in leading teams to deliver world-class, enterprise-scale digital experiences powered by design systems.
    • Expertise in experience design principles, systems, and tools, with experience collaborating with strategy, technology, and other multi-disciplinary teams.
    • Ability to utilize data-driven consumer insights to visualize complex concepts and creative solutions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills, with experience and confidence in presenting to executive-level audiences.
    • Proven ability and experience in leading teams across multiple tracks of work and multiple clients concurrently.
    • Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Suite products.
    • Motivation to drive new business and contribute to growth of existing accounts.
    • Effective at leading and managing creative teams in a collaborative environment.
    • Portfolio displaying extensive experience leading the creation of large-scale digital experiences required.
