Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset.


Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Set up and maintain computer networks, including LAN and firewall configurations
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Document all support activities and resolutions in ticketing system (e.g., Jira)
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical problems to minimize downtime for clients
  • Train clients on the proper use of hardware, software, and systems

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with help desk software (e.g., Jira) and remote desktop tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical users
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a patient and empathetic approach

Note:
All positions at our company are paid positions.


Job Types:

$ $25.82 per hour
