- Must have a valid unencumbered nursing license.
- Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or bewilling to obtain during orientation.

- Lead and support all functions related toquality care for our residences.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursingassistants.
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections)made by authorized government agencies.
- Complete processes and paperwork related toAdmission, transfer, and discharge of our residents.
- Receive telephone orders from physicians andrecord on the Physicians Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to residentcharts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.
- Chart nurse's notes in an informative anddescriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well asthe resident's response to the care.
