- Lead and support all functions related to quality care for our residences.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
- Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer, and discharge of our residents.
- Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.
- Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.

The Healthcare Center offers Respite Care, continuing Long-term Care, Memory Care, and Rehabilitation. Westmoreland has been a valuable part of the community for the past 40 years.*Shifts:* 7:00am-7:00pm
*Weekends:* every other weekend
*PLUS, SHIFT DIFF + PICK UP BONUS.
*Differentials: *$2-$3 depending on shift and day of week
