    Description

    Maxim Healthcare Services is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team, providing care to adult and pediatric patients and their families. By becoming a Maxim nurse, you'll have access to fulfilling opportunities in home healthcare.

    Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

    About the Job:
    - Typical shifts are 8, 12, or 16 hours, mainly on 1st and 3rd shifts, but mid shifts are also available. Enjoy flexibility in scheduling where you can work as much or as little as you prefer.

    - Prominent cases will involve gastrostomy tube (G-Tube), tracheostomy (trach) tube, and/or mechanical ventilator.

    Location: Mt. Juliet, TN

    Hours:

    • Full-time, Part-time, and PRN opportunities available
    • Work schedule includes Thur-Sun, 2p-10p on weekdays and 8a-8p on weekends

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
    • Conduct focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
    • Assess signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members
    • Document nursing diagnoses and perform other LPN duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Active LPN license in the relevant state
    • Current Health Certificate
    • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
    • Current BLS Card
    • Preferred one year of prior LPN experience
