    The ideal candidate will work evenings and weekends to start, with potential for advancement to 8am-5pm Monday-Friday if desired. This is an entry level position at a growing family owned business. If you DO NOT live in Houston, Tx or the surrounding area please do not apply

    Job Description:
    We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Your primary goal will be to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of our company.

    Responsibilities:
    Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking.
    Qualify leads based on specific criteria and prioritize them for follow-up by the sales team.
    Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using our CRM system.
    Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
    Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation activities and performance.

    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a related industry.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in CRM software and other lead generation tools is a plus.
