Description

At Summit, the district of Leer is looking to fill a position as an Engineer (m/f/d) for Civil Engineering, Architecture or Industrial Engineering in the Building Supervision department of the Building Office, starting as soon as possible for a period of one year. The position is to be filled as a maternity and parental leave replacement and is not suitable for part-time work. The responsibilities include:

Processing and approval of building applications
Building code review, monitoring and acceptance of approved construction projects
Advising building owners

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on building construction, Architecture or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Construction Management, Construction, Building or Civil Engineering.

In addition, we expect:

A high level of responsibility
The ability and willingness to work independently and take on responsibility
A confident demeanor and strong assertiveness
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as conflict resolution skills
A valid driver's license and willingness to use a company vehicle
