Description
An employer is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis.The team is responsible for T-Mobile Fiber and the primary responsibility of this role will be to handle customer calls for appointment follow-up, confirmations, reschedules, and payment reminders.
This position requires excellent phone etiquette, a friendly personality, and strong organizational skills, as it involves a significant amount of administrative work.
We are looking for candidates who will be working 5 hours Monday-Thursday and there will be flexibility on Fridays (expecting 16-20 hours per week).

Required Skills & Experience
