In your daily tasks:

You will be part of the German HR team and will have the following responsibilities:

Employee support:

You will be responsible for a team of consultants and, together with a business manager, implement employee support activities:

  • Conduct onboarding conversations,
  • Lead annual reviews,
  • Organize career planning,
  • Offer training sessions,
  • Organize team events, etc.

Recruiting consultants:

  • You will lead the entire recruiting process.
  • You will write job advertisements, post job offers, and search for profiles on various job boards and social networks.
  • You will conduct interviews independently and manage the following stages until the offer is made.
  • After hiring, you will accompany the future employee until the start date by moderating our onboarding process.

Take on HR projects:

  • You can also contribute ideas to drive the company forward.
