YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for internal first-level support and IT helpdesk support
  • Administration of new IT infrastructures and maintenance and configuration in the Windows environment
  • Ensuring system availability through error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Configuration and support of existing network infrastructure and company-specific applications
  • Maintenance of server systems and related hardware

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration or comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in dealing with network architectures and security solutions
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory
