Project Manager (m/f/d) for Sustainability Department Caritas is Germany's largest employer in the social sector. Caritas Association for the Archdiocese of Berlin e.
V. is the majority shareholder of Caritas Altenhilfe gGmbH, Caritas Krankenhilfe Berlin gGmbH, and Caritas Familien- und Jugendhilfe gGmbH.

Together with its affiliated Caritas companies, professional associations, and corporate members, Caritas in the Archdiocese of Berlin is the operator of hospitals, child and youth welfare facilities, facilities for people with disabilities, kindergartens, senior care facilities, nursing services, and numerous open social work services.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) at our location Residenzstraße 90, Berlin, starting immediately. Part-time (75%), permanent position.

Your responsibilities:
Establishing a comprehensive sustainability management system for the organization. Acting as a contact person for the board on sustainability issues. Managing and overseeing projects from various areas of the organization. Implementing and supporting the development of strategic goals in the context of sustainability. Developing content for various sustainability topics for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Creating and implementing regular monitoring and reporting of relevant key figures. Contributing to internal and external communication on sustainability topics. Conducting training on sustainability standards within the company.
