COSAWA Sanierung GmbH, a leading company in the remediation of buildings contaminated with hazardous substances, particularly asbestos, is seeking a dedicated Construction/Project Manager for hazardous material remediation, demolition, and deconstruction (m/f/d) to join our team in Castle, OK.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and execution of remediation projects in the areas of hazardous material remediation, demolition, and deconstruction
  • Coordination and supervision of construction work, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Leadership and motivation of the project team
  • Communication with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Completed education in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management of remediation projects, particularly with hazardous substances such as asbestos
  • Knowledge of demolition and deconstruction, as well as familiarity with building regulations and standards
  • Leadership experience and strong communication skills in dealing with employees, clients, and authorities
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to the company's various locations
