What you'll enjoy

As a Customer Service Innovative Products (m/f/d), you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of the call center and maintaining a collaborative customer contact in the B2C sector.

You will handle the processing of incoming orders via the webshop. Additionally, you will be responsible for clarifying order status, payment receipts, and returns processing. You will also answer inquiries and forward technical questions to the appropriate departments within the company.
