- Manage the bi-weekly payroll process, including timecard management and attendance reporting.
- Lead recruitment and pre-employment activities such as resume review, phone screenings, interview scheduling, offer letter creation, and initiation of necessary checks.
- Conduct orientation sessions and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Administer company policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Effectively communicate HR programs and services.
- Handle HR paperwork, maintain employee files, and manage confidential information.
- Collaborate with departments on safety initiatives and Workers' Compensation.
- Oversee leaves of absence and provide support in areas like Learning and Development and Benefits.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience.
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience with knowledge of related regulations.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
