    Zing Recruiting, in collaboration with a consumer product development manufacturing company based in Cary, IL, is on the lookout for a skilled Human Resources Generalist to become part of their dynamic team. This opportunity offers a fantastic work environment and a supportive team that you'll love being a part of. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be keeping regular office hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

    Human Resources Generalist Job Summary:

    • Provide valuable HR assistance to employees, supervisors, and managers.
    • Tackle employee concerns at various levels efficiently.
    • Support HRIS functions, handle administrative tasks, and assist with onboarding processes.
    • Engage in organizing engaging monthly events for employees.

    Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:

    • Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
    • Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience to the table.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS systems.
    • Strong communication skills and top-notch organizational abilities.
