- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy, resolve medication-related problems, and promote patient safety and adherence.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining appropriate levels of medications and supplies.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Valid Pharmacist license.
- Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and electronic health records (EHR).
