    Role:
    Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation Consultant


    Location:
    Irving, TX or Remote with Milestone travel

    Relevant Experience:

    10+ Years


    Role Responsibilities:
    Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation solutions to meet business requirements.

    Collaborate with stakeholders to understand compensation needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

    Conduct fit gap analysis and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.

    Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices and industry trends.

    Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption and understanding of new systems.

    Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM updates and new features.

    Work closely with the IT and HR teams to ensure security and compliance standards are met.


    Required Qualifications:
    Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM-Compensation is mandatory.

    Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits, Payroll, and Security is highly desirable.

    Knowledge of OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula.

    Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA), and OC HCM Fun-Core HR will be advantageous.

    Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Approval Workflow and Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI/OBIEE is beneficial.

    A strong understanding of User Experience Services in the domain of HR technology is preferred.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest industry developments.


    Salary and Other Compensation:
    Applications will be accepted until 05/30/2024.


    The annual salary for this position is between $114,100/Year to $145,300 /Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.


    This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
