    We are seeking a

    Senior Compensation Consultant (Project)

    to support an exciting organization-wide compensation structure build out.

    In this role, you will serve as a critical team member on a project to implement a uniform compensation structure across the organization, including a compensation philosophy, salary structures, a job framework, and variable pay and equity award frameworks.

    This work will include, among other things, compensation evaluations, equity analyses, range placement, FLSA classifications, job evaluations, and policy interpretations.

    You will be consultative, solutions-oriented partner with a strong ability to work with the business and HR teams to deliver client-focused results and practical solutions.

    Responsibilities

    Partner with Sr. Director, Compensation, HR team members, and other stakeholders to deliver compensation programs and services to the business.
    Serve as internal compensation subject matter expert during the project. Educate and inform partners about Tyler compensation policies, programs, and practices.

    Responsible for supporting the execution of compensation-related initiatives such as benchmarking, salary structure modifications, business integrations and re-organizations, cost modeling, and employee impact analyses, and partners with HR team members and stakeholders to implement approved changes.

    Support the Sr. Director, Compensation with research, analysis, design work, modeling, presentation, and reporting of compensation programs and initiatives.
    Compile, analyze, interpret, and visualize data to internal clients in a manner that tells a compelling story.
    Evaluate jobs for grade placement and/or grade level changes.
    Help solve compensation-related business problems for and with HR Business Partners.

    Responsible for the maintenance of Tyler's compensation-related technology solutions(e.g., UltiPro, MarketPay, ERI, and various survey sources) for the project period.

    Lead or support the development of compensation communications, tools, and job aids.
    Facilitate or support facilitation of change management, communications, and training programs to support the compensation rollouts.

    Qualifications
    Required
    5-7 years of progressive responsibility in compensation design, analysis, and practical use
    In-depth knowledge of compensation theories and their practical applications
    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners to develop and deliver business-driven compensation services and solutions.

    Outstanding presentation skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts to the practical levelto a variety of audiences is vital.

    Advanced spreadsheet and database capabilities
    Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
    Excellent oral and written communications skills
    Ability to manage ambiguity, inform and influence while working well with others in a collaborative team environment.

    Preferred
    Experience in sales compensation, equity compensation and/or the development of US base compensation structures
    Understanding of global compensation practices - Canada, Philippines, India
    An understanding of data science principles and experience applying them to compensation programs
    Experience in the technology or software industry

    State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements
    Salary will generally fall between $81,900 - $115,000 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
