Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Independent execution of accounting tasks, including posting and booking of business transactions
  • Responsibility for invoice processing and monitoring as well as invoicing
  • Development and implementation of efficient office processes and systems in consultation with management
  • Monitoring of incoming payments and debt collection
  • Close collaboration with management and project management to analyze and interpret financial data
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reporting to management

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting and/or office administration, ideally in a startup environment
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. DATEV, Lexware, Sevdesk) as well as proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous, but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Proactivity and handson mentality
  • Nativelevel German language skills and good English language skills
