Your responsibilities:

  • Planning routes for acquiring new customers
  • Providing telephone support and advice to our customers
  • Creating quotes and guiding customers through the decisionmaking process
  • Monitoring quotes and making adjustments if necessary
  • Managing and maintaining customer and order data in the CRM system
  • Reporting on order processing to management and acting as a liaison between marketing and sales
  • Creating and managing sales contracts
  • Strategically implementing sales promotions
  • Assisting with special projects in sales support

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training and several years of experience in customer relations
  • Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to work
  • Team player with a proactive approach and a passion for advising customers
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of the Lexware merchandise management system is an advantage
