  • Development of proposals and measures to improve workflows
  • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining certifications in the field of information security in the business areas of Süwag
  • Fulfillment of the functions of Information Security Officer (ISO) and Business Continuity Manager of Süwag Energie AG
  • Development of Süwag's security strategy in coordination with the Security Board
  • Responsible for establishing and revising internal standards, regulations and guidelines for IT/OT security, ISMS, BCMS and building protection
  • Defining requirements for segregation of duties (critical authorization combinations)
  • Development of concepts, proposals and measures for IT security, ISMS, BCMS and building protection, taking into account relevant legal and normative requirements as well as the specificities of Süwag's business areas
  • Ensuring the implementation of prescribed standards, regulations, guidelines and measures by the departments
  • Monitoring security incidents and supporting incident response
  • Responsible for conducting risk, threat and vulnerability analyses and preparing regular security reports
  • Evaluation and management of risks and riskreducing measures
  • Participation in technical risk management
  • Collaboration in the control and implementation of protection needs assessments, business impact analyses and emergency plan preparations
  • Design and implementation of internal training, awareness and communication measures
  • Consulting the departments on securityrelated issues
