As an Operations Manager in Tarentum, you will lead other managers and develop an operational plan to help your teams meet their targets.

This role is all about striving for operational excellence to shape the future of Amazon.


Key responsibilities include managing and developing a team of Area Managers, leading operational teams on a shift, analyzing performance and implementing actions to improve operational excellence, and collaborating with other support teams such as HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security.

You will also design and implement initiatives to enhance operational performance at our sites.


A typical day as an Operations Manager will involve leading shifts at one of our operational sites, working closely with various departments within the business, and mentoring and coaching your team to be the best managers they can be.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to new innovations at your site.
