Your responsibilities:

You identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn
You manage incoming applications, review resumes, and prequalify candidates for open positions
You maintain contact with candidates and coordinate interviews
You document the application process, update the candidate database, and create reports for performance measurement
You assist in creating job postings and support with other administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
You help plan, organize, and execute job fairs, recruiting events, and company presentations
