We are currently seeking a
Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
for our location in Wesel, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Independently prepare and process monthly payroll for your assigned employee group from various subsidiaries, in compliance with legal, collective bargaining, labor, tax, and social security regulations

Maintain employee master data and personnel files, as well as handle administrative HR tasks (e.g. employment contracts, terminations, references, disability notifications, etc.)

Clarify and maintain time tracking data

Handle reporting and certification processes, including correspondence with authorities and social security institutions

Provide advice to employees and managers on all payroll-related matters

Act as a contact person
