*Your responsibilities*As an IT Service Desk employee (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our users regarding IT infrastructure.

  • You support, assist, and advise our users (m/f/d)

  • As part of the service desk support, you identify problems, receive and resolve issues through common support channels such as email, ticket system, or phone
