Head of Cable Assembly (m/f/d)


to join us soon, ideally with previous experience in cable assembly in the electrical industry or plant/machinery construction, or similar industries in automation technology.


Your responsibilities:


  • Department/employee management, including work instructions for employees according to circuit diagrams
  • Technical and commercial order preparation, including developing custom solutions and clarifying customer inquiries with quotation creation
  • Order processing in the PPS system, commissioning of production orders with warehouse management
  • Practical support/work in production
  • Training and supervision of employees, practical support in production as a foreman
  • Creating complex cable assemblies and harnesses
