Your responsibilities

You create technician orders and resulting invoices.
You support colleagues in the technical field service.
You assist with customer data maintenance and telephone customer support, including handling complaints.
You carry out project work (evaluations, support for campaigns, creating and maintaining lists).

Your profile

With your completed commercial training or equivalent knowledge, you work in a solutionoriented manner.
You have (initial) experience in customer support, ideally experience in service.
We expect Microsoft Office skills, and basic SAP DE9 knowledge is an advantage.
