- Risk Assessment:

A Compliance Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that a spa operates within the bounds of Hand and Stones operations policies, relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. They are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain the highest ethical and legal standards. The Compliance Specialist also assists in educating and training spa employees on compliance matters. The Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the organization's adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and industry best practices. This position requires a commitment to integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
