    Job DescriptionROLE DESCRIPTION:
    As a member of Kevin Fallon - State Farm Agent's team, you will play a crucial role in promoting financial products aimed at managing everyday risks. Your expertise in financial products coupled with a sales-oriented and consultative approach will be key in guiding customers through their financial choices.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives
    • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
    • Ability to obtain necessary financial service licenses
    • Demonstrated experience in financial services
