    We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep

    What we bring to you:
    • $20-$24/hr DOE, and quarterly incentive bonuses depending on company profitability

    What our Inside Sales Rep does:
    • Works with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
    • Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers.
    • Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
    • Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and production and delivery schedules.
    • Prepares reports of business transactions.
    What you need to have:
    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalency
    • 2-3 years of related industry experience or training
    • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone
    • Proficient in MS Office
