    **EDI Customer Support Specialist**

    **Sales Operations - Austin, TX - Full Time**

    Four Hands, a leader in lifestyle home furnishings is looking for a motivated self-starter to take the reigns of our growing EDI program. The successful candidate will have a track record of working with customers, service providers and team members to expand our EDI footprint.

    **IN THIS ROLE**

    EDI on boarding and compliance including full-scale EDI implementation across broad customer categories

    Engage with Sales, IT and Supply Chain teams early in the sales process to assist in customer communications and presentations

    Document scope of work in all stages of implementation; noting customizations, mapping rules, etc.

    Process all EDI documents and analyze for discrepancies, variances or errors and take corrective action

    Works on assignments that are complex in nature in which judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations

    Partner with Operations to advise of new customer set up and other relevant matters surrounding implementations and ongoing processes

    Liaison between Four Hands Customer and Four Hands IT team

    Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team

    Other duties as assigned by Management

    **THE IDEAL PERSON**

    2+ years of relevant EDI experience

    Bachelor's Degree preferred

    Advanced Excel knowledge required

    Strong analytical skills

    Thorough knowledge of EDI documents 850, 855, 856, 810 and 846

    Experience with NetSuite/EDI implementation a plus

    True Commerce experience a plus
