Job Summary
The Pastry Sous Chef assists the Pasty Chef in controlling food/labor costs, pastry and bread product quality/quantity, and coordinating pastry and bread production for banquet and restaurant functions.
Responsibilities
- Work with other F&B managers to keep them informed of F&B issues as they arise.
- Maintain payroll/productivity within budgeted guidelines.
- Develop new dessert/pastry/bread products for outlets and banquets.
