Description
What can you expect?
- You will be the direct contact person for our existing customers
- You will provide advice to our customers both in writing and over the phone throughout the entire user journey for all application questions, customer requests, and bugs, and find individual solutions
- You will act as the interface between the customer and product management to adapt our applications to the respective customer needs and independently conduct individual online trainings
- You will support the development of our self-service offerings such as video tutorials or online help
What should you bring?
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, but a career change is also possible
- You ideally have first professional experience in the field of personnel management, particularly in personnel planning or payroll accounting
- You have excellent communication skills, both in writing via email and in person over the phone
- You demonstrate high self-motivation and customer orientation and are able to find practical solutions even in complex problem situations
- You have very good German skills and good English skills
