    Description

    MIMS GROUP is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with deep passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we stand at the forefront of our industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in our processes, serving our existing base of 2,000 business clients while cultivating new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks efficiently.

    As you become proficient in training and guiding your team, you will progress into the role of Agency Director by mastering the necessary skills utilizing our established systems and procedures. The position offers weekly compensation ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 on average in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service our current client portfolio.
    • Explore new business prospects (B2B).
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results.
    • Train and mentor new team members on existing protocols.
    • Provide daily reports on field operations using Salesforce-based CRM.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development.

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership proficiencies.
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
    • Adaptability in high-paced and occasionally stressful environments.
    • Passion for assisting others and fostering relationships.
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Community-oriented mindset.
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred).

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
    • Must possess a clean background and reliable transportation.
    • A 45-day evaluation period is in place before progression.
