    Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Telecoms company, who are looking to recruit an experienced Direct Sales Representative to join their team based in the La Vergne, Mt. Juliet or Nashville, TN area.

    JOB DETAILS
    • PAY RATE: $30,500 per annum + Commission
    • WORK TYPE: Temporary
    • WORK PATTERN: Full Time
    • LOCATION: La Vergne, Mt. Juliet or Nashville, TN
    JOB SUMMARY

    You will be selling our goods and services door-to-door in your role as a direct sales representative. You will be going door-to-door in the many neighbourhoods that make up your designated zone, pitching people on phone, TV, and Internet services.     JOB DESCRIPTION
    The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
    • Make personal cold calls at people's homes, use networking, and make referrals to warm and cold prospects to inform them about the phone, data, and television services available in the territory.
    • Make sales calls to potential clients in order to ascertain their needs, obtain information, and close deals in order to meet their sales target.
    • Every day, compile and submit the paperwork of the sales orders you've got from customers to the supervisor. This covers sales agreements and orders, third-party confirmations, and sales reports prepared in line with manager directives.
    • Oversee the client account from the point of sale until installation. After it is implemented, call each sale to follow up and make sure the consumer is satisfied.
    THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
    The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
    • Six or more months of experience in sales or customer service; OR, active military duty, or previous military duty with an honourable discharge
    • Possession of the qualifications and/or licences required to sell
    • Need to have access to dependable transportation
