    Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION
    Our fast growing company is looking for an Office Manager. This is a full-time on-site role at Flawless Results Windows and Doors located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational activities within the office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The Office Manager will also support the Sales and Production Managers and their staff. Ensure that office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Qualifications
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Google Suite, (Docs, Sheets, Slides etc.)
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Previous experience in office management or a related field
    • Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of pulling permits is a plus or willingness to learn.
