    The Brothers that Just do Gutters of the Capital District, NY is currently hiring for a full-time Gutter Installer to service or install systems and assist customers with their questions and concerns. This installation technician position works a full-time schedule and earns $15 - $17/hour plus bonuses. We are industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun

    The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise. We repair, install, and maintain everything from Seamless Gutter Guards to Specialty Gutters, and it doesn't stop there. No matter the job, our customers know they can count on The Brothers for quality craftsmanship and customer service.

    GUTTER INSTALLER REQUIREMENTS
    • 2+ years of gutter installation, skilled carpentry or exterior construction experience preferred
    • Ability to work in all weather conditions
    • Willingness to work overtime
    • 18 years of age or older
    • Valid driver's license
    Experience specifically related to gutter services or installation is a huge plus Can you communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally? Are you detail-oriented and organized? Do you work well with others? Can you manage your time effectively? Are you self-motivated and driven? Do you have a positive, can-do attitude? If so, you may be perfect for this installation technician position

    Bonuses
    • $25 for 5-star review (could be extra $12k/year based on 2 jobs/day)
    • $15 for a booked estimate from 4 corner sale
    • $30 for any service performed over $500 from 4 corner sale
    Compensation: $40, $60,000.00 per year
