Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the management of construction projects, from planning to timely execution and acceptance, while considering economic and technical objectives (revenue and profit responsibility)
  • Negotiation with clients regarding construction execution, design, changes, and extensions of the construction contract, as well as approval of additional work
  • Monitoring and controlling monthly performance and results, including reporting
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership, particularly in terms of resource planning within the group and support for construction management in complex problemsolving
  • Monitoring of deadlines and quality of inhouse and external services on construction sites
  • Regular communication and coordination with management on all significant technical and personnelrelated tasks
  • Participation in bid calculations and strategy, as well as leading contract negotiations
  • Review of service contents and development of special proposals
  • Allocation of personnel for construction sites
  • Performance determination for technical controlling
  • Coordination of official acceptance procedures
  • Implementation and compliance with safetyrelated matters, such as occupational safety, health, and environmental aspects
